The Africa Leadership Summit (ALS) is a biennial event held in Jerusalem, Israel. It invites business, church, political, and community leaders to deliberate on “the Africa of our dreams” whilst observing Israel.

Unique move of the Holy Spirit
Delegates at the Africa Leadership Summit in Jerusalem have considered the vision and movement to be a unique move of the Holy Spirit. ALS advocates for Christian leaders to link the cities and sectors of Africa with Israel, in order for Africa to connect with the Abrahamic Covenant, Mantle, and Blessings, as implemented on the Cross by the Lord Jesus Christ, and for the purposes of nation building.

ALS objectives
ALS pursues amongst others the following objectives:

  • To create a highway of exchanging of ideas and business between African communities and Israel. This includes the networking of African business people with Israeli businessmen.
  • To establish a fellowship of Godly political leadership in every city and nation of Africa.
  • To promote the support of African leaders for Israel.
  • To create a platform for fellowship and continuous interaction between Africans from different regions and Africans in the diaspora.
  • To conduct prophetic and prayer tours of the land of Israel.

The significance of Israel
Israel has made a significant leap in innovation, youth empowerment, research, and development. The decision to host the Summit in Jerusalem and to connect sectors of Africa with Israel was born out of the need for Africa to benefit from the Abrahamic heritage, as well as Israel’s agricultural and technological advancement. It is an opportunity for African leaders to explore Israel beyond pilgrimage; and further opportunities are created for the exchanging of ideas for the development of Africa and advocacy for Israel.

Inspired by the way Israel has transformed the desert into a food basket, exporting food and fruits to nations, Africa is engaging to unlock her own potential for trade, Agribusiness, investment, and development.

ALS 2019 Summit in session

ALS has made remarkable progress in many ways including the fact that:

  • The biennial summit has attracted over 400 participants since its inception in 2013.
  • The Africa Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC), an arm of the ALS was established as a highway of business between Africa and Israel.
  • The Africa Agency (AA) is another arm of the ALS, established to cater for community development needs in Africa. The agency seeks to connect the African diaspora with community development initiatives in various parts of Africa. The AA collaborates with the MASHAV (Israel’s Agency for International Development and Cooperation), as well as the Jewish Agency. The Jewish Agency has been the pivotal pioneering organization in the creation of the state of Israel, homecoming initiatives, and the establishment of the Jewish people in Israel.
  • The Living Science Foundation, an organisation that focuses on the environment and public health in Nigeria and Africa, is yet another arm of the ALS and is pioneered by one of the ALS delegates.
  • In the pursuit of the ALS vision to raise leaders to rebuild Africa, the ALS holds regional summits in West, East, and Southern Africa.
  • Every ALS Summit ends with a gala banquet where Africans showcase God’s blessings in their culture, cultural outfits and dance. Israeli families and the business community often join the celebration. With Jews and Gentiles taking to the dance floor, singing both African and Jewish songs, the celebration is always a beautiful sight to behold.
  • ALS has made significant progress in building relationship with the business, religious, political, and social communities in Israel linking same with Africa and Africans for mutually beneficial relations.

All business, church, political, and community leaders are invited to join the delegation to ALS 2022. It promises to be exceptional!
