STREET CHURCH – Our vision was always to not just teach and preach “our” doctrine and understanding to people, but rather to equip and activate them in their own gifts and functions to BE church (Jesus) to one another. Not to create a dependency, but to empower ownership and stewardship.
Revival in Pretoria
So much has happened in this past 4 months in Pretoria CBD (Princess Park) and even today (sic), we once again witnessed healings, deliverances, and salvations! After our recent street church outreach, we had a Disciple-making & Discovery Bible Study training session with our team and quite a number of the local community members joined us too!
Equipped to start fires
This time, we implemented this disciple-making and practical Bible study tool in Princess Park and God blessed us with close to 100 participants! This means that there are now close to a 100 people who are equipped to start igniting fires and take lead to facilitate discipleship making groups and sessions in our CBD!
Lives turning to Jesus
There is so much wisdom amongst these mostly homeless people, but they don’t have the courage to share and participate as they feel worthless as a result of societies labelling them as worthless. Yet, in God’s balance sheet, they are precious and so valuable! We always divide into smaller groups as that helps them to share more freely. This was such an anointed time of fellowship and the presence of the Holy Spirit was so tangible – it even led to salvation as two guys were stirred to give their life’s to Christ! Huge celebrations in heaven!
Please pray for us
Many raised their hands afterwards, confirming that they’re already going to start / implement their own groups! Revival is not something that we just keep praying for. God has equipped all of us to ACTIVATE REVIVAL! It is such a blessing to see God doing exactly that through willing and available servants! Please pray with us for rivers of living waters to flow from within each of their hearts and revival to activate like wild fires in our CBD! All glory to God!
