This is my final fundraising newsletter for 2024. I am working diligently to complete all Family Policy Institute’s (FPI) pro-family projects by 13 December. FPI must finish this year in a strong and stable financial position to ensure we are prepared for the battle in 2025.
Donald Trump’s return to the White House on 20 January 2025 will shift the momentum decisively in favour of faith, family and freedom. FPI must therefore be ready and able to take full advantage of the new opportunities presented by the incoming US administration.
Will you please, therefore, prayerfully consider a generous tax-deductible contribution to FPI to keep us on the frontlines of the critical battle for faith, family and freedom. Your donation will ensure we finish 2024 strong and adequately equipped for the work in 2025.
Do you know you can save on your taxes by donating to FPI? 3 December is “Giving Tuesday.” Please give generously this “Giving Tuesday” to help FPI fight for your values where it matters most. We face formidable battles and new opportunities in the New Year.
You can electronically transfer (EFT) your contribution directly into FPI’s banking account. Tax-certificates are available on request at anaidoo@familypolicyinstitute.com
The Home Affairs Portfolio Committee has begun public hearings on the “Single Marriage Bill” in Gauteng. Public hearings on this Bill will commence in all other provinces in 2025.
FPI will mobilise citizens across the country to oppose the “Single Marriage Bill” – that seeks to redefine man, woman marriage in law – to appease sexual rights radicals. We will provide the public with factual information about the Bill’s objectives and how to defeat it.
Foreign-funded pro-prostitution groups are working to circumvent the normal legislative process to get the entire sex-industry decriminalised through the law courts. FPI is opposing this agenda and the “BELA Bill” that seeks to extend state control of education.
The assault on the sanctity of life, marriage, the natural family, parental rights, the innocence of children and religious freedoms is intensifying. We must remain vigilant.
Significantly, however, FPI’s funding has not kept pace with its workload. We must improve our funding levels to remain active and relevant in the fight. FPI has much work to do to defend and protect the family & promote Biblical values in Parliament, the media & society.
That’s where you come in. Your prayers and partnership with the vital work of FPI is critical for our success. We cannot fight these battles on our own. FPI has no other source of income. Anti-family groups enjoy multi-million-rand budgets. We rely on your generosity.
Please make a final once-off generous tax-deductible donation to FPI for 2024. You can also partner with our vital pro-family work in SA through a regular monthly contribution of any amount. Your regular monthly contributions enable FPI to plan its strategy in advance.
I serve on the board of the “African Christian Professionals Forum” (ACPF). We are currently planning a Pan-African Pro-Family Conference in Nairobi, Kenya in May 2025. We will gather pro-family organisations from across the Continent of Africa to collaborate.
Following the Nairobi Conference, I plan to meet with FPI’s pro-family allies in Washington DC to reinforce international alliances to help defend and protect faith, family and religious freedoms in South Africa and Africa. Major ideological shifts are expected at the UN.
African nations are already leading the fight for the sanctity of life and family at the UN. Strengthening FPI’s African and International alliances will enhance our efforts for faith, family and freedom in South Africa. But we dare not begin 2025 with a funding deficit.
Please make your best donation to FPI this week. Your prayers and financial partnership empower our vital pro-family work both in South Africa and internationally. Thank you for praying for and partnering with the ministry of FPI. God bless you and your precious family.
