We met Daniel Dobrowsky on a recent JOY! Travel tour to Turkey. On the tour, Daniel opened up about his powerful testimony of God’s redeeming love and restoration in his life. Daniel is a successful entrepreneur with a desire to help other believers in making their business ideas become a fruitful reality. Daniel is well equipped for the task as he is also certified John Maxwell leadership and development coach. He has actively been helping to launch Kingdom businesses through his new business venture Inheritance Breakers. We chatted to him about this initiative.
What is Inheritance Breakers?
It is a Kingdom business that offers you mentorship, leadership, and business development.
How did Inheritance Breakers come about?
In 2006, I believe that God gave me a call out of the book Joshua to fight for the “promised land” of others and to assist Kingdom businesses with their God-given mandates:
“…Be strong and confident and courageous, for you will give this people as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.” – Joshua 1:1-9
What is the purpose?
The purpose is to help those who believe they have a God-given idea to start a business. We help to take their ideas, put them into a business plan, and to assist them in rolling out Kingdom business initiatives through mentorship, guidance, and support.
How would this influence the global church?
Many churches have members who are desperate to find work, or maybe feel like God has called them, but do not know how to transition from employees to employers. They do not know how to put their dreams into a planned structure that will enable them to get started and sustain companies that sow back into the Kingdom.
How does this help the actual church who is making use of Inheritance Breakers?
Not only do we help others to become self-sustainable and able to help others, but churches will benefit from an overflow of tithes and offerings from congregants being able to create wealth. We will also be creating coaches and mentors that can help others find employment and motivate increased business synergy between believers in business and church spheres.
What does this process look like?
We will host an online event inviting people who feel they have God-given business ideas, and we help them to put it into a workable plan. The conferences are split in two halves, with the first session focused on the importance of business in the Kingdom and where business fits in. The second half of the event is then geared towards incorporating Kingdom business ideas into a business plan template – crafted and designed by our team. Attendees are then able to send these business plans to us for assessment, and to then do a feasibility study on the viability for support by the ICH Group Pty Ltd group of companies that I own.
From your side, what do you expect from an individual involved in this?
We expect the participants to take an honest look at their ideas and skill sets and then to decide where in the marketplace – and specifically in which business – they can play a role, making sure they action the initiative that they believe God has given to them.
What is your desired outcome with Inheritance Breakers?
To see more and more believers stepping out into Kingdom business and synergising to enhance Kingdom growth through planting businesses, churches, and getting the body of Christ to become self-sustainable and to start tackling issues like unemployment and the rebuilding of South Africa.
How can people get involved?
Individuals can attend the workshop and engage with us. Churches can invite us to do the same within their church communities.
