A new community on the Golan Heights named after US President Trump? What a beautiful show of appreciation!
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his wife Sara and their sons Yair and Avner on Tuesday toured on the Golan Heights, including the Saar stream and Nimrod’s Fortress.
They also rode ATVs at Merom Golan and visited Mount Hermon.
“I’m here on the beautiful Golan Heights,” said Netanyahu.
“All Israelis were deeply moved when President Trump made his historic decision to recognize Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights.”
“Therefore,” declared Israel’s Prime Minister, “after the Passover holiday, I intend to bring to the government a resolution calling for a new community on the Golan Heights named after President Donald J. Trump.”
Would that not be the right thing to do?
