There is just one week left for submissions on the SA Law Reform Commission’s (SALRC) Discussion Paper on the “Single Marriage Statute.” The Discussion Paper is a lengthy document but it’s easier to read the more concise Executive Summary in the first few pages.

Government’s primary objective in the “Single Marriage Statute” is to redefine marriage as “a union of two people regardless of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.” Marriage, currently defined as a union between and man and a woman will be abolished in South African law including the terms husband and wife. Global sexual rights radicals demand this.

Family Policy Institute’s (FPI) submission on the SALRC Discussion Paper focuses on preserving and protecting marriage as a union between a man and a woman. You can write a one-page submission in defense of marriage or endorse FPI’s submission if you agree with it.

Please send your submission or endorsement to the SA Law Reform Commission Att: Pierre Van Wyk at pvanwyk@justice.gov.za by deadline Monday 17 May 2021.

FPI also needs your help to spread the word about “Smart Choices” the value-based sexuality education curriculum. Parents and educators can choose “Smart Choices” as the safe and agenda free alternative to dangerous “Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE).

I recently participated in an online international strategy session with more than a hundred pro-family leaders across the world to discuss a new and diabolical threat from the European Union (EU). The EU is planning to lock African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) nations into a binding agreement to help it extend its radical abortion and sexual rights agenda globally.

The EU cannot include pro-abortion and sexual rights language and terms in United Nations (UN) documents because most African, Islamic and other pro-family nations vote it down. So, the EU is strengthening its voting bloc to advance its radical agenda by offering ACP countries millions of Euros to sign binding treaties to enslave it to the EU’s agenda.

This is the new imperialism – Cultural Imperialism. The EU is attempting to colonise African, Caribbean and Pacific nations to spread its anti-life and anti-family culture globally.

This move is in line with the EU’s “Strategic Compass” which guides its overall strategic objectives to reshape global governance. I will share more about this in my next newsletter including links to EU documents outlining its vision to reposition as a global superpower.

However, the EU’s proposed binding agreements with African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) nations will compel these countries to legalize abortion-on-demand, legalize homosexuality including same-sex unions, decriminalize prostitution, provide unprecedented political power to LGBTQ groups and make “Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) compulsory.

As a result of the global resistance to CSE, the EU is attempting to ratify State enforced sexual indoctrination of children in education. This is the only way sexual rights groups can bypass parental authority and directly indoctrinate children with LGBTQ propaganda.

CSE is currently not compulsory in South Africa. However, if the SA government ratifies these binding agreements with the EU, it will be – along with decriminalized prostitution. That’s why we must act with urgency to promote “Smart Choices” as a safe and credible alternative to CSE. Please join our Common-Sense Sexuality Education FB page here.

FPI in partnership with its international allies and global legal groups are working on a comprehensive strategy to expose and defeat the EU’s radical agenda. The proposed binding agreements must be ratified by the Parliaments of ACP countries. We will ensure SA citizens and MP’s are made fully aware of the dangers of this ant-life and anti-family treaty.

Please write to the SALRC today and join our Common-Sense Sexuality Education page on Facebook. Please invite others to join so we can share this vital information far and wide.

  1. I totally oppose the single marriage statute as it is not Biblical and opposes the principles of God Almighty.

  2. I do not agree with this EU demand on us as Africans. Why are we worrying them because we are in our own space.

    • A marriage is the coming together of a man and a woman .

“and the two shall become one ” I don’t see two men becoming one, how shall the two women become one??
