I want to thank God for today. All my life I could never hear His voice, but today I heard the true message and it changed my life. From childhood, I followed the prophet Muhammad’s teachings and never knew how to find the right path to God. But now that I have found Jesus Christ, I am full of joy. I also told my friends about Jesus and they have accepted Him as Lord and Saviour. I am very grateful to FEBA Radio for sharing the Word of God with us. We will continue to listen to your programmes and read the Bible…”
This is how a listener, formerly a devout Muslim, testified about his new faith in Jesus Christ after listening to our broadcasts.

The love proclaimed and demonstrated in the Word of God cannot be found in other faiths.

God’s great love for us
The love proclaimed and demonstrated in the Word of God cannot be found in other faiths. Love is the only power that can bring people together, which can stop wars, change hearts, and free humanity from sin. Jesus’ life and death was God’s way of showing us His love for humanity. In fact, the whole Bible is a love story where the stage is set to confirm God’s plan of salvation for us. He did this all so that unbelieving, unfaithful, and sinful people could turn to Him.

God’s love is so great that it is beyond our understanding. However, when people experience the love of God through His Holy Spirit – the Spirit who lives in His people – it casts out doubt.

Two hundred converts during a live outdoor broadcast
Recently, 200 Muslims became new converts in Mozambique thanks to a live broadcast. Many of the Muslims saved by our ministry are now dedicated Christians who are already leading other Muslims to Christ.

A Muslim woman (92) tells her story
This is the story of Abibi Caise, a Muslim woman who was converted. For more than 80 years she supported other Muslims, only to discover that Jesus Christ is the true living God.

At the ripe age of 92, Abibi Caise – a widow – began to feel her age. Because of her deteriorating health, she was no longer able to attend her mosque’s prescribed gatherings, but nevertheless continued to support the Muslim community. For years she worked for the government and was able to support the mosque financially with her pension money.

Among other things, the Muslim leaders told her that she would not be allowed into paradise if she did not visit the mosque regularly. They also told her that Allah would punish her. Over time, they began to treat her with contempt. It was then that she began to question Islam.

It is time that the whole world gains access to the living message of Jesus Christ – you can help us reach the world.

Welcomed with open arms
After listening to one of our Gospel programs on the radio, she was very curious about salvation in Jesus Christ. She travelled far to visit Radio FOT in Lichinga so she could talk to someone about what she heard on the radio. She was received with open arms at the radio station. She shared her story with our team and immediately made the decision to withdraw her support from the Muslim community. She then began to support our ministry in Mozambique, gave her life to the Lord, and was also baptised.

Leader, mentor, and elder
Abibi has been serving the Lord for almost ten years. She is now 110 and an adult Christian, an elder who mentors the listener club members in her area and is even a listener club leader. We give all the glory to God, who has the power to change people’s hearts with His infinite love.

Give the world access to the living Gospel
Through our evangelising radio programmes, we bring the message of Jesus Christ to so many people like Abibi who previously lived in total darkness. It is time that the whole world gains access to the living message of Jesus Christ – you can help us reach the world.
