A new movement is gaining momentum in South Africa, and its message is clear – it is time for a turn back to God.

Founded by South African pastor Heinz Winckler, ONE80 Global is calling Christians across the nation to stand for faith, family, and freedom. Recently, supporters were invited to attend the movement’s very first Gathering for Faith, Family and Freedom, set to take place at Somerset West Primary School.

Heinz has invited supporters to be part of this first gathering and continues to call believers across the country to join the movement. He believes this is a significant moment for South Africa – an opportunity for people to come together, pray, and seek the Lord for the nation’s future.

The name ONE80 reflects the heart of the initiative. It speaks of a turning back – a deliberate return to the Lord and His ways. Those behind the movement are convinced that real change in the country begins when hearts are transformed and firmly anchored in Biblical truth.

The gathering will centre on prayer, unity, and strengthening families and communities. It is not positioned as a political rally, but as a call for believers to take responsibility for the spiritual health of the nation.
