President Cyril Ramaphosa has done it again. He blamed apartheid or past racist laws for South Africa’s poor economic growth. Ramaphosa further claimed the ANC’s black economic empowerment (BEE) policies are “solving the problem” of SA’s economic crisis.

In a Q & A in Parliament, Ramaphosa claimed the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank said, “BEE will fix the economy.” But the truth is, the ANC distorts BEE to advance Black Elite Enrichment. A small group of politically connected cronies have become fabulously wealthy while the vast majority of black people live in abject poverty.

Ramaphosa has resorted to lying to citizens to justify the out-of-control looting of the treasury under the guise of black economic empowerment. The World Bank said, the two biggest problems inhibiting economic growth in SA is “cumbersome regulatory rules and BEE laws.”  It also warned of poor governance, corruption and massive SOE bailouts.

Prof. William Gumede of the Wits School of Governance said, “black economic empowerment (BEE) has led to increased poverty, unemployment, and inequality in South Africa. He said, “Conservatively, R1 trillion has been moved between under 100 people since 1994. The same people have been empowered and re-empowered over and over.”

Gumede’s report is backed by tons of evidence from investigations that reveal the ANC’s BEE policies sparked a national crime wave that transformed SA into a gangster state. Tenderpreneurs like tender king, Vusimusi Cat Matlala was granted a R360 million police health services tender by the ANC led government – despite his criminal background.

Then there is Edwin Sodi, an ANC crony implicated in massive corruption but still receiving multi-million rand tenders. Hundreds of billions in taxpayer funds are looted from the treasury with no benefit to the economy. These men and hundreds like them are driven by a grotesque form of materialism – void of empathy. This is Ramaphosa’s BEE economic fix.

This report reveals the rot is not contained to ANC tender fraud. The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) that manages the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) lost billions due to bad BEE deals. Mismanagement and corruption in several state agencies including the National Student Financial Aid Scheme is mired in fraud amounting to billions.

Daybreak Foods, a PIC investment BEE initiative is spiralling towards collapse as a result of bad management. This mirrors the Estina Dairy BEE debacle in which more than R700 million was stolen by ANC cadres while poor black farmers were left with empty promises.

SA’s billionaire “businessman” president is weak, spineless and delusional. ANC cadres are destroying entire cities as a result of gross mismanagement and rampant corruption. Despite his “New Dawn” promises, Ramaphosa appears incapable of stopping the rot.

Auditor-General, Tsakani Maluleke issued a grim report on SA’s failing municipalities. Of the 8 major metros in SA, only Cape Town received a clean bill of health. The rest are collapsing due to gross incompetence, fraud, theft and mismanagement. Citizens most dependent on delivery are denied basic services because the ANC simply does not care.

An investigation revealed, the ANC mayor of the City of JHB buried reports that City Power – run by ANC cadres – is technically bankrupt. City Power has a negative bank balance of R16,9 billion jeopardising its ability to deliver services and remain financially sustainable.

The California based Palladium writes about “South Africa’s Racketeer Party State.” It says, “The last thirty years saw a coalition of political actors, patronage networks, and organized criminal gangs seize control of and use all the infrastructure of modern government for their own ends.” The article exposes the ANC’s criminal dismantling of SA.

Julius Malema is also making international news for his genocidal chant, Kill the Boer.” Fox News describes Malema as a “Rolex wearing Gucci revolutionary who champions the poor from a luxury mansion.” It also links him to the R2 billion VBS bank looting scandal.

Ramaphosa labeled the 59 Afrikaners cowards for leaving for the US. He said they were “anti-transformation.” But Ramaphosa and his party transformed SA into a gangster state where rampant corruption and crumbling infrastructure are defined as BEE progress. Most citizens facing unemployment, poverty and soaring crime would leave too – if they could.

President Ramaphosa is South Africa’s Coward in Chief. He possesses the power to end corruption by prosecuting the thieves and fraudsters within his ranks. He could end the policies that strangle economic growth – for the sake of the millions of poor.  But he will not. Because the ANC’s distorted BEE policies validates its rape of SA’s economic resources.

Everything the ANC governs deteriorates. The City of Tshwane and Mangaung metros face eminent collapse – run into the ground by ANC cadres. Even the SA Defence Force is financially and operationally defunct.  Ramaphosa has presided over this horrible mess.

The Irrefutable evidence reveal 3 decades of ANC mis-governance degraded every sector of SA society including family life. The ANC is a criminal enterprise wholly responsible for SA’s economic woes. And no, Mr Ramaphosa, BEE is not the solution, it is the cause.
