A heartfelt thank you to every believer and organisation who lifted up President Ramaphosa in prayer during his recent White House meeting with US President Trump. This meeting could have had severe consequences for all South Africans – yet, because of the faithful prayers of the saints, God intervened, and a potentially devastating outcome was avoided. Let’s never underestimate the power of prayer in shaping the future of our nation and its leaders.
Keep praying for our leaders
I urge you to continue praying fervently for our president and all government ministers – that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Pray against the influence of ungodly laws, corrupt thinking, and greed in leadership. This is a battle between good and evil, but if we remain steadfast in prayer, righteousness will triumph.
Our faithfulness matters
Proverbs 14:34 reminds us: “Righteousness exalts a nation.” When we choose to do what is right in God’s eyes, everyone benefits. Our faithful obedience to Scripture and God’s commands will shape the future of our country. Let’s stand for truth, justice, and Godliness – and never stop praying. Your prayers matter. They change things. They can shape the destiny of our nation. Keep praying!
