A message for South Africa that went viral
On 12th July, Dr Bridges shared a powerful prophetic word that the Lord had placed on his heart for South Africa. The word that God released resonated with the hearts of many people in South Africa. It was timeous and impactful, and also confirmed several previous prophetic words spoken over South Africa. The word was widely shared and went viral, with over 60 000 views. A tour around our nation
On the 14th July 2022, I invited Dr. Kynan Bridges to come to South Africa to declare this prophetic word in person. In his pledge to visit South Africa, Dr. Bridges stated that “there was an urgency” around this matter. On Friday 5th August, Dr. Bridges landed at OR Tambo to start a week-long session of meetings from August 5th – August 10th. In total, there were five meetings in Midrand, Johannesburg, and Pretoria and three meetings held in Cape Town. The revival meetings were power-packed and anointed. Almost all the meetings were filled to the maximum. While he was here, Dr. Bridges also released powerful prophetic words for South Africa on a number of radio interviews on Radio Impact, Radio Pulpit, Radio Tygerberg, and Radio Cape Pulpit.
Revival starts when revived men and women take action.
Kingdom Empowerment Summit
One of Dr Bridges’ events that we hosted was a Kingdom Empowerment Summit intended for marketplace leaders. It was held at the Capital on Park hotel in Sandton. The room was filled to capacity and the word released was both life transforming and provocative.

For the Lord is saying to this nation, “You are highly prized. You have a destiny. You have a purpose, but many have been discouraged, many have been feeling the pains of their destitution. In your destitution, you begged for things that I want to freely give you. In your destitution, you have eaten things that are not manna from Heaven – this polluted bread has brought pain and darkness into your lives. I want to redeem your inheritance…” When I landed here in South Africa, after a long journey, I noticed that our airplane landed with its back wheels first. As I noticed this, I heard the Lord say, “The last is going to be first. You felt like the last, but now it’s your time! You felt like a third world nation, but I am bringing you to front seat, I am bringing you to a place of influence. The condition is repentance – you’ve got to change your mind and your heart, and that change requires a turning in a different direction.”
What would Jesus do? #WWJD
Before leaving, Dr. Kynan Bridges encouraged Pastors, Fivefold Ministers, and congregants in South Africa to read the book, In His Steps: What Would Jesus Do by Charles Monroe Sheldon, a book that has sold more than 50 million copies globally. This is a book that encourages believers to imitate God. As we begin to earnestly thirst after and yearn for God and imitate Him, revival will break out in a greater dimension in South Africa and beyond.
