Opinion piece by Errol Naidoo; Family Policy Institute
The Trump admin is gearing up to reverse the woke ideology imposed on the world’s nations by the Biden admin and European Union. The Geneva Consensus Declaration (GCD) is the Resolution inviting governments to agree to protect life, family and freedom.
The GCD Secretariat returned to the US recently. I received an invitation to attend the 6th Commemoration Ceremony of the GCD at the US Capitol on 15 Sept in Washington DC. The event is hosted by the US State Department and the Institute for Women’s Health.
The invitation presents several opportunities to enhance my pro-family and civil justice work – if I am able to attend. Most of the people I need to engage with will be in the room.
Sadly, however, Family Policy Institute (FPI) suffered its worst monthly deficit end July. We must raise about R80,000 in the next week to fund our vital pro-family work in SA. FPI has just 14 weeks left this year to get all its work done for faith, family, freedom and justice.
Will you please make a generous tax-deductible donation to FPI today to keep us on the frontlines of the battle for faith, family, freedom and justice. If FPI suffers a similar financial deficit at end August – we will face the very real prospect of suspension or shut down.
We must improve our monthly income considerably to avoid going too far behind. Please consider a monthly contribution of any amount for the next 12 months to help us remain financially viable. You can EFT your donation directly into FPI’s banking account.
The GCD invitation presents me with unique opportunities to meet with key US State Department officials and pro-family leaders in Washington. I am reliably informed the US made funding available for pro-family work in SA. I intend to explore these opportunities.
FPI is preparing to oppose the ANC’s agenda to legalise the entire sex industry in SA. We work to defeat the redefinition of man, woman marriage in the “Marriage Bill” and end the sexual indoctrination of children in education via “Comprehensive Sexuality Education.”
Critically, however, FPI is running out of time to raise the necessary funds to remain in the fight for faith, family and freedom. A widening deficit means we may not be able to recover if we fall too far behind. We need your urgent support to continue our vital work in SA.
My work in “Rescue SA Civil Rights Alliance” (RSACRA) is equally critical. We filed our first case at the North Gauteng High Court on 19 May challenging the constitutionality of race-based laws in SA. The ANC uses apartheid-era race classification to discriminate against minorities. If we win, it will fundamentally change the way BBEEE laws are implemented.
The US State Department reportedly made funding available for organisations exposing and combatting race discrimination in SA. I will explore these funding opportunities as well if I travel to Washington in September. Fighting these battles require significant funding.
RSACRA is finalising its second case. We are suing the ANC for the water crisis in SA. The ANC deployed corrupt and incompetent cadres in key public positions. These cadres not only looted public funds but mismanaged and destroyed critical public infrastructure.
We will charge the ANC with crimes against humanity because it intentionally deprives citizens of clean drinking water. This is regarded a crime against humanity in international law. Tax-payer billions are allocated for water supply but redirected by inept ANC cadres.
FPI’s current lack of funding seriously undermines its vital work in South Africa just when the battle for faith, family, freedom and justice is heating up. Your financial partnership in this vital ministry is therefore critical to defend the family and advance biblical values in SA.
Please make a decision today to pray for and partner with the vital ministry of FPI. You can do this through a monthly donation of any amount for the next 12 months or you can make a generous once-off tax-deductible donation to help us remain in the fight. God bless you.
