This is my final newsletter for 2025. A year was filled with formidable challenges and new opportunities. But through it all, God remained faithful. His guidance, wisdom and provision kept us focused on the vision of Family Policy Institute (FPI) to advance His truth in SA.
Family Policy Institute was established in 2007 to defend the natural family and promote biblical values in Parliament, the media and general society. For the past eighteen years we faced relentless attacks against biblical faith, the natural family, and religious freedoms, but prevailed because of God’s guidance and your loyal partnership.
Thank you for making our vital pro-family work possible in South Africa. Your prayers and financial partnership helped keep FPI on the frontlines of the battle for faith, family, and freedom this year and the past 18 years. Thank you for standing with us in this critical task.
FPI is gearing up for what promises to be an eventful 2026. The ongoing battle to defend and promote biblical values in Parliament, the media and general society will intensify next year. We also have much work to do to educate citizens about the true state of the nation.
The 2026 Municipal Elections may reveal a few surprises. “Rescue SA Civil Rights Alliance” will hold the ANC regime accountable for their crimes against the people of South Africa in courts of law. Several of these cases will be filed in the High Court during 2026.
Two Bills are progressing through the US House of Representatives and Senate that specifically targets the ANC with sanctions for corruption, antisemitism and colluding with rogue nations. US sanctions against the ANC criminal network will bring change in SA.
FPI has strengthened its international pro-family alliances and is prepared for the fight to eradicate sexual indoctrination of children in education, stop the redefinition of man, woman marriage and defeat the agenda to legalise state sanctioned sexual slavery in SA.
We will close office on 12 Dec 2025 for a well-deserved break. We resume our duties on 12 January 2026. There are several exciting developments in the pro-family movement I cannot disclose now. However, continue to pray that God will give us the victory in 2026.
On a personal note, Arlene and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary on 12 December. We are deeply grateful to God for sustaining us through the highs and lows of 4 decades of marriage. In fact, this anniversary is a testament to God’s grace, mercy, and goodness.
We are thankful to God for 40 years of marriage, three children, six grandchildren and a ministry that honors God for the blessed gift of marriage and the family. Arlene and I are thankful to God for the honor and privilege of serving His purpose in our family and nation.
We also celebrate my eldest son, Jay, and his wife, Aniska’s 10th wedding anniversary on 13 December. And my youngest son, Jared and his wife, Missy’s 6th wedding anniversary on 14 December. The Naidoo family have lots to celebrate and thank God for this week.
In conclusion, Arlene and I extend our deep gratitude to our partners and friends in the vital ministry of Family Policy Institute. We appreciate your prayers and loyal financial partnership. We cannot do what we do without your critical prayers and financial support.
This ministry is not easy. But it’s worth every effort. Marriage and the family are bedrock institutions of society. It is the foundation of every healthy, stable, and prosperous nation. It is also a social good for men, women and children in every culture and nationality.
Arlene and I and the team at FPI are therefore committed to the unchanging truth of God’s Word – which reveals the design, purpose and boundaries of marriage and the family. We hold steadfast to this truth and fight daily to defend it because it is our only sure foundation.
Finally, we wish you and your precious family a blessed and Christ filled Christmas. May this season of goodwill bring you love, joy and peace in abundance. We pray you will enjoy this time with your family and friends in the rest and hope of the risen Lord Jesus Christ.
We pray you will return to your duties in 2026 refreshed and motivated for the tasks ahead. Always aware the Lord is with you. His grace is sufficient for your every need. When things look uncertain, remember the Lord directs your paths. Proverbs 3,v6. See you in 2026.
