In a recent video, Afrika calls Christians to attention regarding how they choose political leaders to lead South Africa in the upcoming elections of 2024.
Afrika shows that some political parties are steeped into idolatry and divination, to a point of having of have seance meetings with traditional healers where familiar spirits are invoked over the nation of South Africa. This, according to Afrika, is a serious matter regarding the destination of the country. It is not about the parties concerned but everything they have influence over.
Therefore, Christians should not take this lightly but repentant before God and reject practices that have the effect of blighting the nation of South Africa.

In an interview with JOY! Magazine, Afrika shared, “In Matthew chapter 10 we read about Jesus sending out His 12 disciples to minister for Him. The power that was given to these men had a dual purpose: it was to be confrontational against evil spirits, and compassionate towards people. In other words, spiritual power and authority is to be used for the benefit of people, never for the benefit of the leader. But much of leadership in South Africa is position-oriented, rather than people-centred. We saw this with the leadership of former president Jacob Zuma and we also see it in the Church. Position-oriented leaders are self-serving. They don’t take people to the Promised Land, they go in alone and leave their people behind, where they stay in bondage and perpetual disgrace.”
