Kimberly Ells, author of “The Invincible Family” warns, “child rights advocates at the UN are hard at work again. The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) —a controversial but widely ratified international United Nations (UN) treaty—is up for review this month.
“The powers that be are working to implement a new protocol connected to the CRC. This would not officially change the original text or be binding (yet) but would give guidance on how the CRC should be interpreted and implemented.”
Kimberly Ells further warns, “The principal author of the UN’s official Implementation Handbook for the Convention on the Rights of the Child was written by Peter Newell, a convicted child sex offender, which Ells wrote about here. (You can’t make this stuff up.)”
Two things of most concern in the proposed protocol and accompanying comments are:
1. Expanded “Free and Compulsory” Education: “First, the proposed protocol is designed to “fill gaps” in the “Convention for the Rights of the Child” regarding education. Currently, the CRC obligates ratifying countries to provide free and compulsory primary education to children, but without explicit obligations to provide early childhood or secondary education.
The proposed changes insist that every child should have free pre-primary education for at least one year and guarantee free public secondary education for all children.
This means the global state is grasping to get your child earlier and longer. They want your child in their care by the time he/she’s four (or earlier if the UN has its way) and they want to keep him/her captive through his/her high school years, whether you like it or not.
That’s what “free and compulsory” means. Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels said that under a socialized system, “the care and education of children becomes a public affair.” The proposed CRC changes are a huge step in globally formalizing that (Marxist) dream.
Education is, of course, important and parents should ensure that their children are educated in the way they see fit. But globalized, morally sterilized, government-supervised (and controlled) education is seeming less and less like the best way to go.”
2. Access to Safe Abortion Services: “Draft language suggests that not providing “access to safe abortion services for adolescent girls” could be seen as a rights violation. This is a direct attempt to prop up and enshrine abortion as one of children’s “sexual and reproductive rights.” Draft language includes a passage saying member states should:
“…refrain from imposing any requirement for approval by a male family member, especially for claims related to sexual and reproductive health and rights.”
“In the name of protecting girls, the UN does not want children to tell their fathers or get a father’s permission to have an abortion. According to this language, parents—specifically fathers—should be completely excluded from the process of their daughters having “safe” abortions. While some fathers may be a threat to their daughters, most aren’t. Most fathers are their daughters’ best protectors, and should be treated as such—not as enemies.”
“This proposed change in implementation means that a child could become pregnant by a predator, the predator could arrange for an abortion for the child, and the father and mother would never know. Kimberly Ells writes, “This seems like the perfect set up if you’re a person in favor of having sex with minors and you don’t want to get caught.”
“The silver lining is that the United States is one of the only UN member states in the world that has (miraculously) not ratified the CRC and is not currently bound by its parameters. This of course could change as new leaders are elected who are sympathetic to the idea of children’s “sexual rights” and are susceptible to wooing by influential globalists.”
Kimberly Ells, concludes her warning, “Even though the U.S. has not currently ratified the CRC, the normalization and forced implementation of non-parental care and education in the early years of life and the enshrining of abortion as a right for children on a global level is deeply concerning and could have far-reaching effects in the international community.”
Important for South African parents to note: The ANC led government ratifies and supports all UN documents that promote abortion and LGBTQ sexual rights propaganda. President Cyril Ramaphosa is a wannabe globalist and endorses all UN protocols that give UN agencies control over the sovereign education & health policies of South African citizens.
“Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) and “Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity” (SOGI) are the primary tools used to implement the UN sexual rights agenda in education. The new CRC protocol expands this agenda. Please ensure you know what your children are taught in school. You have the ultimate right to determine your child’s education.
