News that dominated the headlines both in South Africa and the US was the Equality Court’s ruling that EFF leader, Julius Malema was guilty of hate speech and incitement for his rabidly racist comments during an EFF rally at a school in Brakenfell, Cape Town.
Malema has uttered numerous hateful and racist comments over the past several years. US President, Donald Trump used video clips of Malema’s “kill the boer” chant at an EFF rally in his meeting with President Ramaphosa to validate anti-white racism claims in SA.
The SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) was the first plaintiff. Millie Westley, the attorney representing the second plaintiff built a formidable legal team to ensure Malema was held legally accountable. Both the SAHRC and Millie Westley’s legal teams did outstanding work to ensure Malema’s statements were not dismissed as merely “cultural.”
Both legal teams will meet with Judge Mark Sher soon to determine a hearing date so they can ask the court to award damages, refer the matter to the NPA for possible criminal prosecution and order respondents to retract their statements on all media platforms.
Millie Westley must be commended for her keen sense of justice. This tenacious legal practitioner has also assembled a talented and patriotic team of legal experts to establish a Non-Governmental-Organization (NGO) called, “Rescue SA Civil-Rights Alliance.” The NGO plans to hold the ANC accountable for its crimes against the people of South Africa.
Millie asked me to serve as a director of the civil-rights NGO and act as the official spokesperson for “Rescue SA Civil-Rights Alliance” – to articulate the vision, purpose and objectives of the organization. I will fulfil these roles in addition to my duties at FPI.
The primary purpose of the civil-rights NGO is to research and compile factual data on ANC atrocities that have directly contributed to SA’s political, economic and social decline. I will advocate for and seek justice for the vulnerable women and children in South Africa.
My work at Family Policy Institute defends and promotes the Biblical Christian faith, the natural family and the rights of Christian citizens to freely express their beliefs and convictions. The ANC has clearly demonstrated hostility to faith, family and freedom in SA.
There is growing evidence the ANC criminal enterprise is degrading. The largest political party in the Government of National Unity (GNU) lacks leaders of substance and integrity. The ANC party leadership are all implicated in corruption. The rot is evident everywhere.
The former liberation movement has clearly run out of ideas. It simply rehashes worn-out promises to voters that are consistently proved false. For example, President Cyril Ramaphosa acknowledged the ANC’s many local government failures and promised voters “the ANC will do better” at its 2021 Municipal Election Campaign Manifesto Launch.
Since that promise was made, ANC led municipalities have all but collapsed as a result of gross incompetence, rampant corruption, staggering rates of tender-fraud, and the disintegration of critical public infrastructure that deny rate-payers basic service delivery.
The bankrupt ANC run Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality was overcharged by 1,500% for goods and services rendered by ANC tenderpreneurs. The Johannesburg, Tshwane and Nelson Mandela Bay Metros are all run into the ground by inept & corrupt ANC cadres.
Despite the carnage caused by the ANC’s cadre deployment policies, the grossly incompetent ANC Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula recently promised “the ANC will only select ethical, capable and people centered cadres” for the 2026 Municipal Elections.
However, Mbalula did not clarify where the ANC will find ethical, capable and people centered cadres in a party preoccupied by a looting frenzy. He simply rehashed the empty promises of his useless leader, Cyril Ramaphosa. They are desperately clinging to power.
The ANC are already planning its 2026 Municipal Election campaign while being sued for R20 million by unpaid service providers for its 2024 Election Campaign. Prior to the 2024 Elections the ANC was bankrupt but inexplicably received millions to fund its campaign.
South Africa must rid itself of the ANC criminal enterprise and enter a new season of growth. The ANC, EFF and MK parties are ideologically joined at the hip. Their Marxist policies must be rejected by voters and replaced with a truly representative government.
