I received a letter from Justice Minister, Ronald Lamola declining my request to extend the period for public comments on the “Criminal Matters (Sexual Offences & Related Matters) Amendment Bill 2022.” The draft Bill will be tabled in Parliament in March where the ‘Justice Portfolio Committee’ will invite the public to make further written and hopefully, oral comments on the Bill.
This is not new legislation but rather the repeal of existing laws that criminalise the sale and purchase of adult sexual services. Essentially, this Amendment will legalize all aspects of the sex-industry in South Africa – effectively legitimizing pimps, brothels and criminal syndicates.
The impact of a legalized sex-industry on society will be dire and far-reaching. Decriminalised prostitution significantly expands the sex-trade and increases child-prostitution and trafficking. The “SA Law Reform Commission’s” (SALRC) comprehensive 9-year investigation into ‘Prostitution Law Reform’ concluded a decriminalised sex-industry will be disastrous for vulnerable women.
My friend and ally in the battle against sexual exploitation, Dr. Marcel Van Der Watt exposed the unbreakable links between prostitution and trafficking during an insightful interview on E-NCA.
The Parliamentary stage of the “Sexual Offences Amendment Bill” grants Churches, civil-society groups and individual citizens an additional but critical opportunity to comment on the Bill. Hundreds of thousands of vulnerable women (and children) trapped in the sex-trade depend on you and I using our voices to demand a just policy that protect the weak and punish evildoers.
Many citizens are deeply troubled by government’s inexplicable attempts to legitimize the human parasites that mercilessly exploit the weak and vulnerable – but may not know how to draft a submission. That’s why I wrote to the ‘Justice Portfolio Committee’ in Parliament requesting they consider travelling around the country to hear oral arguments on this Bill.
My strongest appeal is to Church and civil-society leaders who bear the responsibility of contending for a more just, caring and equitable society. Please write to the ‘Justice Portfolio Committee’ and request a slot to make an oral submission to Parliament so your appeal is public.
Significantly, the move to decriminalise the sex-industry in SA is influenced mainly by UN agencies and foreign entities. The SALRC and majority of citizens strongly oppose state-sanctioned sexual slavery – especially in a country riddled with moral decay, crime & corruption.
Someone said, “The true measure of any society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members.” The ANC regime promised to aggressively combat Gender-Based-Violence. However, in a shocking and grotesque betrayal of this promise – it chose to legitimize the world’s most oppressive flesh-trade – in which women (and children) are bought and sold like merchandise.
Most of the women (and children) trapped in the sex-trade are not there by choice. As a result, they are voiceless. But you have a voice. The ANC regime was elected to serve the will of the people. Please ensure they fulfil their constitutional obligations by making your will known.
Family Policy Institute (FPI) launched the “Protect Children SA” initiative in October 2022 to warn and inform parents and educators about the dangers embedded in Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) – a wholly foreign-devised propaganda tool of abortion and LGBTQ radicals.
Researchers utilized ‘Family Watch International’s’ “CSE Harmful Analysis Tool” to assess, evaluate and expose harmful elements in the CSE program. The 7-page document details blatant abortion and LGBTQ propaganda embedded in CSE to intentionally sexualize minor children.
Please share the “Inside CSE” document with every parent, grandparent, educator, civil and religious leader you know – to arm them with the facts about this insidious assault on children.
In addition, C-Fam, our allies in the “UN Family Rights Caucus” published a comprehensive and factual analysis of “Why CSE is not the Answer.” Every parent, grandparent and educator must read this insightful article on why UNESCO’s bizarre claims about CSE does not measure up.
I repeat my previous warnings, that although CSE is not yet compulsory in the public schooling system, UN agencies, the European Union and others are lobbying aggresively to make it so.
That’s why we are working diligently to urge parents nationwide to ensure their children are not exposed to any form of CSE instruction. Please write to your child’s School Governing Body (SGB) urgently and request they reject the harmful CSE program. Critically, we are running out of time.
At the same time, request the SGB consider the SA developed, “Smart Choices” program as a safe, common-sense alternative to the anti-parent and mostly age-inappropriate content in CSE.
The Ruth Institute in the US says, “Schools have become a predator’s paradise. Children are instructed in various sex acts in detail, without any consideration of their vulnerability or parental values. Everything dreamed up by sexual radicals is validated by our schools. In these circumstances, grooming and exploitation are inevitable.”
“This was just in one city (Chicago). Undoubtedly this is happening everywhere. The only way to stop it is to purge education of sexual indoctrination. And that needs to happen now.”
And while innocent children are groomed through the CSE program, efforts to normalise and legitimize pedophilia is gaining ground. Global sexual rights radicals are targeting innocent children in the public schooling systems of the world with their depraved and godless agenda.
Please act now before it is too late! Protect your and other children from harmful sexual indoctrination in the education system by writing to your child’s SGB urgently to reject CSE.
