“Rescue SA Civil Rights Alliance” (RSACRA) High Court constitutional challenge of South Africa’s unlawful system of racial classification and race-based laws attracted widespread media attention nationally and internationally. Most agree this case is long overdue.
Instructing attorney, Millie Westley and I conducted a media briefing and livestream on Truth Report from the W/Cape High Court on 19 May. RSACRA’s High Court application was reported in various English and Afrikaans publications and online news platforms.
I conducted several online interviews with podcasters in SA, the US, Canada and Europe. Riaan Roux’s 10-minute outline of RSACRA’s case against SA’s race-based laws is well reasoned and easy to understand. Gareth Cliff’s Truth Report video also made an impact.
FPI is fending off multiple attacks against biblical values and the family. We are working to oppose legalised prostitution, defeat the agenda to redefine marriage in law and cancel state facilitated sexual indoctrination of innocent children in the public schooling system.
We are also gearing up to accurately inform voters about the social and economic impact of ANC facilitated corruption and mismanagement of state resources. FPI will produce brief, powerful videos for social media that will reliably inform and educate voters in SA.
Critically, FPI’s pro-family work is severely undermined when insufficient funding slows down our vital efforts. And sadly, that’s where we are now. But you can help us avoid the very real threat of having to suspend our vital work because of a lack of adequate funding.
The groups pushing legalised prostitution, redefined marriage and the sexual indoctrination of children in education are well funded. They enjoy multi-million-rand budgets to promote a destructive anti-family agenda in South Africa while bible-based groups like FPI struggle.
But you can change that today. Firstly, commit to pray for the work of FPI. Secondly, commit to a tax-deductible monthly contribution of any amount for the next 12 months. Your prayers and partnership empower FPI to amplify your voice in the corridors of power.
RSACRA’s next case will prosecute the ANC led government for denying children their constitutional rights. Work on this case is delayed because of a lack of funding. You can make a real difference in SA by partnering with the vital pro-family work of FPI today.
