SAMA Award Winning gospel superstar and television host HLE last week announced a family daytime experience with a variety of unique market stalls and kids activation area leading into a much anticipated evening festival. Simply called Thank God Fest – the event will take place in Johannesburg, on Saturday 15 January 2022 at The Victoria Yards and will feature performances from HLE and some of your favorite gospel acts which she holds dearly to heart.

In an impassioned and moving announcement video posted on her social media pages, HLE showcases the open venue and relates powerful personal reflections from people in a wide range of walks of life, through tales of hardships overcome and hopes for the future. “But when I really look back at it, really really look back at it – somehow I thank God” narrates the “You Are” singer/songwriter. After a tremendously difficult two years, HLE invites you to join hands in unity as we share beautiful moments we would never forget.

A first of a kind event that connects culture and community through worship, doors will open at midday with a vibrant inclusive atmosphere where you can enjoy gourmet food, laid back Christian music, fashion and meeting interesting people. It will feature interactive consumer experiences as well as a kids activation area.

Early Bird admission passes are available starting at R140 till Thursday, 9 December 2021. HLE will also be giving away fantastic weekly prizes to ticket holders, including exclusive merchandise, all access tickets, VVIP treatment at the show and more. Thank God Fest is an all age event produced by Malak Yaweh Productions.
