Chief Justice Raymond Zondo delivered the final”State Capture” Report to President Cyril Ramaphosa on 22 June. The Report is a damning indictment of ANC criminality – again identifying the governing party as the most serious threat to South Africa’s survival.
Ramaphosa said Parliament will study the findings in the Report with particular focus on the Commission’s recommendations to investigate and prosecute public officials implicated in “State Capture” corruption – and will provide recommended actions within four months.
The good news is Health Minister, Dr Joe Phaalha repealed the remaining ‘State of Disaster’ regulations (indoor mask wearing and gathering limitations and PCR and vaccination entry requirements). For the first time in 27 months normal life returns for Covid-weary citizens.
However, the proposed “Regulations Relating to the Surveillance and Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions” remain a threat. The public participation process ends August 2022. We are working with our allies to ensure these draconian regulations do not become law in SA.
Significantly, the next 48 hours are critical for Family Policy Institute (FPI). Our six-month fundraising campaign – which secures the necessary funds to sustain our vital work in SA – ends 30 June 2022. Sadly, FPI’s budget deficit is currently R160,000 of required income.
It is essential we achieve budget by 30 June to ensure we continue our vital work in SA to defend the family and advance Biblical values in Parliament, the media and general society.
Please consider a generous tax-deductible donation to keep FPI on the frontlines of the battle for faith, family and freedom in SA. You can EFT your contribution directly into FPI’s banking

The ConCourt granted Parliament a six-month extension to amend the ‘Electoral Act’ to allow independent candidates to contest the National and Provincial Elections in 2024.
FPI has a lot of important work to do over the next 24 months to educate voters about their civil and moral duty to elect competent men and women of integrity to positions of authority.
The nation is drowning in corruption and must reject the ANC criminal network at the polls.
We are closely monitoring governments plans to redefine marriage in the “Single Marriage Statute,” the planned decriminalisation of prostitution that harms women and children, the criminalisation of Biblical beliefs and convictions in “Hate Crimes” laws and the sexual indoctrination of innocent children in education through the diabolical “Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) and “Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity” (SOGI) policies.
We hope to launch a public awareness campaign in July/August 2022 to inform parents and educators about the real benefits of “Smart Choices”- the safe and healthy alternative to the dangerous CSE/SOGI – to help School Governing Bodies (SGB’s) make wise choices.
But FPI’s effectiveness depends on its funding. We must eradicate our debilitating budget deficit by 30 June – so we can fight for your values from a position of strength. Critically, if FPI’s deficit widens over the next few months, we will be forced to suspend vital initiatives.
We face formidable battles in the months ahead. That’s why your prayers, partnership and participation is vital. We cannot fight these battles on our own. Your support is critical.
Please help FPI overcome its deficit in the next 48 hours by urgently making a generous tax-deductible donation – so we can continue fighting for your values where it matters most.
Thank you for your prayers, partnership and participation in this vital ministry. God bless you.
