Arlene and I give God thanks and praise for the privilege of serving His people and purpose in the ministry of Family Policy Institute (FPI). We are grateful to God for our faithful partners in this vital ministry. Your loyal prayers and financial partnership have sustained us through another challenging and eventful year. Thank you for standing with FPI through the difficult times. We cannot do what we do without you.
The attacks against marriage, the natural family, parental rights and religious freedoms are intensifying. But be encouraged, your support can and is making a significant difference
We fought many critical battles for faith, family and freedom this year. FPI’s efforts to inform, educate and equip the Christian community with the facts about the draconian “Health Amendment Bill” generated hundreds of thousands of submissions to the Dept of Health.
We also assisted tens of thousands of citizens to easily make submissions to the Dept of Home Affairs on the “Single Marriage Statute” – which seeks to redefine man, woman marriage in law.
FPI’s “Protect Children SA” initiative reached hundreds of thousands of citizens with the facts about the abortion and sexual rights propaganda embedded in “Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) and “Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity” (SOGI) in the schooling system.
We successfully informed parents and educators about “Smart Choices” – the safe, common-sense alternative to the dangerous abortion and LGBTQ agenda evident in the CSE program.
FPI fought many other battles to protect the natural family and advance Biblical values in Parliament, the media and general society in 2022. Thank you for making our work possible.
On a personal note, Arlene and I celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary on 12 Dec, our eldest son, Jay and his wife Aniska celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary on 13 Dec and our youngest son, Jared and his wife Missy celebrate their 3rd wedding anniversary on 14 Dec 2022.
Jared and Missy depart for the US on 8 Dec to fulfil their 4-year God-given assignment. After earning three legal degrees and practicing as an Advocate for 3 years, Jared sensed the call of God to study for a Master of Divinity degree at The Masters Seminary in Los Angeles, California.
You can read a summary of Jared’s inspiring testimony here. Arlene and I are delighted to announce that Missy is pregnant with their first child. Baby, Hannah Arlene Naidoo’s arrival is expected end April/first week May 2023. Arlene and I are trusting God to travel to the US mid-April next year to welcome our fourth grandchild and get some important work done at the UN.
We expect 2023 will be a challenging year. Several anti-family Bills will be tabled in Parliament early next year. We are gearing up for the major battles ahead to defend and protect faith, family and freedom in 2023. Arlene and I and the FPI team are blessed to have you on our side.
Finally, We wish you and your precious family a blessed, safe and Christ-filled Christmas. May God’s enduring love, grace and peace saturate your lives. We pray the Lord will guide you with wisdom and understanding and grant you abundant peace, health and prosperity in 2023.
