The Government of National Unity (GNU) now consists of 10 political parties representing over 70 percent of voters. Negotiations on Cabinet positions continue as President Ramaphosa considers how to appoint GNU members in key government posts.

Once Cabinet appointments are announced, the work of government will hopefully begin. The ANC minority in Parliament demands collaboration in the formulation of public policy as it must consult with the 9 other parties in the GNU to develop & enact legislation.

Family Policy Institute (FPI) is ready to engage the 7th Parliament on legislation that is harmful to faith, family, and religious freedoms. The “Single Marriage Bill” and the “Sexual Offenses Amendment Bill” were not finalised in the previous administration. This provides FPI with unique opportunities to bring these policies in line with public submissions.

I am considering supporting a High Court challenge of the “Basic Education Laws Amendment” (BELA) Bill. FPI will be the second applicant challenging the constitutionality of the BELA Bill – signed into law by President Ramaphosa just prior to the elections.

We are also working on challenging the constitutionality of the “Hate Crimes Bill.” This legislation will severely limit religious free speech and criminalise certain Scriptures in the Bible. UN agencies supported by global LGBTQ groups demanded hate crimes laws in SA.

FPI is spearheading efforts to stop the sexualisation of children in education. This insightful article helps explain why abortion and LGBTQ indoctrination in schools is ultimately about destroying the family unit as the foundation of civilisation. CSE and SOGI are its tools.

Critically, however, FPI’s vital work is not possible without the required funding. That’s why your prayers and partnership are so important at this critical stage of our nations’ history. We are geared up for the battle ahead – but lack the necessary funds to launch into action.

Please make a decision today to pray for the vital pro-family work of FPI in SA. We need your prayers and financial partnership to amplify your voice in the corridors of power and defend and protect the natural family in Parliament, the media, and general society.

We are working internationally to combat the online sexual assault of children. I am assisting a tech group to promote revolutionary new technology called Redax AI that blocks pornography on all online devices to protect women and children from predators.

I am also working with Family Research Council in Washington DC to strengthen the efforts of pro-family organisations on the African Continent with expertise and policy research. The African Christian Professionals Forum (ACPF) will help make this a reality.

Your prayers and financial partnership make our vital work possible. Your support helps us fight for your values where it matters most. God bless you!
