Family Policy Institute ally, “Center for Family & Human Rights” (C-Fam) – based at UN headquarters in New York – reports, “UN member states criticized the UN Rapporteur on health, Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng’s call to decriminalise abortion, drugs and prostitution globally.

On 9 Feb 2024, I made a presentation on the Importance of the Family in Africa at the UN in New York at the invitation of C-Fam – to commemorate the Declaration on the Family.

South African sexual rights radical, Dr. Mofokeng, is hailed as a so-called “expert” on the right to health. She appears to promote ANC policy at the UN. Mofokeng wrote an op-ed in Teen Vogue recently encouraging teens to support “sex work” as a legitimate form of work.

However, several UN member-states criticized Mofokeng’s presentation as “downplaying the seriousness of drug and substance abuse and other crimes such as HIV exposure, abortion, same-sex relations, and sex work.” Egypt rightly declared, “Dr. Tlaleng Mofokeng’s outrageous claims “are without legal support in international human rights law.”

Unsurprisingly, Mofokeng’s presentation was endorsed by the Biden administration and the European Union (EU) both of whom have imposed their radical anti-family ideology on the world. Thankfully, however, several African nations are pushing back against this agenda.

And while Mofokeng pushes her radical sexual rights ideology at the UN, Advocates opposing the foreign-funded “Sex Workers Education & Advocacy Taskforce” (SWEAT) High Court application to repeal the laws that criminalise the sale and purchase of sexual services in SA, met with the Judge on 30 Oct to discuss respondent/amicus applications.

A decriminalised sex-industry is not supported by the majority of South African citizens. The SA Law Reform Commission’s (SALRC) comprehensive investigation into Prostitution Law Reform concluded – a decriminalised sex-industry will be disastrous for women.

However, the ANC is directed by UN agencies like UNESCO and the WHO and committed to implementing its policies despite SA public opposition. Policies like redefining man, woman marriage, legalized prostitution, hate crimes laws and the total control of education to marginalize parents and indoctrinate children – is a foreign-funded and driven agenda.

The results of the Presidential Elections in the US on 5 November 2024 will be critical for faith, family and freedom globally. As C-Fam reports, if Donald Trump is elected president and returns to the White House the abortion and sexual rights agenda will be reined in.

Former Trump admin official, Valerie Huber said, “Trump would instruct the United States to re-join the “Geneva Consensus Declaration” – a strong international women’s health statement signed by 32 countries at its launch in 2020.” Biden opposed the Declaration.

FPI is a co-signatory in a document endorsing the GCD’s significant international initiatives that promote women’s health, the protection of life and the strengthening of the family.

“Nations joining the coalition also pledge to defend the family as foundational to society, reaffirm that there is no international right to abortion, and protect national sovereignty and the human rights of its people. The US re-joining will strengthen the Declaration.”

The UN’s recently adopted “Pact for the Future” and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “Global Pandemic Treaty” – which are blatant attempts at expanding UN control over every aspect of life – will be strongly opposed & defunded by a Trump administration.

You and I must pray for a peaceful outcome to the US Elections. The global assault on the sanctity of life, the primacy of the family and religious freedoms are intensifying. We must therefore pray God will install a strong ally for faith, family and freedom in the White House.
